SmilePrep is designed as an offline-first app. The app does not create an account, collect personal information, use analytics, track users, or send app activity to a server.

Information Stored On Your Device

SmilePrep stores checklist progress, hygiene tracking state, and local premium unlock state on your device using Apple's local storage APIs. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted by SmilePrep.

Purchases

SmilePrep may offer a one-time premium unlock through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes purchases under its own terms and privacy practices. SmilePrep uses StoreKit to check purchase status and restore purchases.

Audio And Content

Calming audio and app content are bundled with the app. SmilePrep does not download remote media or load remote app content.
